Aleena Adams, TCADC

Aleena Adams, TCADC, is a skilled and compassionate Therapist. Aleena sees patients at Infinity Care, a comprehensive mental health, behavioral health, and substance abuse support center for patients in and around Louisville, Kentucky.

Aleena has always wanted to be in a field of study where the main goal is to help others reach their best potential. She believes mental health and substance abuse is overlooked in society. She feels it is imperative to engage, assist, and educate others on these topics and to let others know that they are not alone in their battles and obstacles in life.

In 2021, Aleena graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a double minor in Latin American Studies and Pan-African Studies from the University of Louisville. She is also a huge University of Louisville sports fan and Baltimore Ravens fan.

In her free time, Aleena likes to read. Her favorite genres of reading are romance, poetry, and self-help. She also enjoys being in nature. Aleena has found that being outside is what calms her mind down. She loves being a therapist and being able to connect with others. 

Her favorite part about being a therapist is having the ability to help others and others, knowing she is always here for them for, whatever they may need.
